Every piece of gold and silver jewelry from The Riyaal Ore is 100% genuine and hallmarked in strict compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) norms (916 Hallmarked 22 Karat Gold, 750 Hallmarked 18 Karat Gold, and 925 Sterling Silver). Diamonds and certified gemstones are accompanied by authentic third-party gemological certificates (such as IGI, GIA, or SGL).

3. Pricing, Gold Rate Fluctuations & Payment

Prices of precious metals and diamond jewelry are determined based on dynamic real-time market gold and silver bullion rates, craftsmanship charges, gemstone weights, and prevailing taxes (GST). We reserve the right to revise catalog prices based on bullion rate updates. We accept valid Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash On Delivery (subject to order value limits).

4. Order Processing, Customization & Delivery

Ready-to-ship collections are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Custom-sized rings, personalized engraving, or made-to-order temple decor require 7 to 14 business days. All shipments are securely packaged in tamper-proof, fully insured boxes with trusted courier partners.

5. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before dispatch. Unaltered, unworn jewelry in its original packaging with safety tags intact and original certificates can be returned or exchanged within our designated return window. Customized and engraved items are non-returnable except in the rare event of a manufacturing defect.
